Terms of Service
Last updated September 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of usacontracthq.com and the USA Contract HQ app (the “Service”), provided by USA Contract HQ (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The Service
USA Contract HQ helps businesses find federal contract opportunities, review past award data, track bids, and manage subcontractors and contract work. USA Contract HQ is an independent company and is not affiliated with any U.S. government agency.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that you will find, bid on or be awarded any contract. You decide which opportunities to pursue, and you prepare and submit your own bids. Your federal contractor registration and any certifications you claim are your responsibility.
3. Information accuracy
Opportunity and award data comes from public government sources and may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the issuing agency. Research briefs are generated summaries and can contain errors. Always confirm deadlines, requirements and amendments in the issuing agency’s official notice before you bid. Nothing in the Service is legal, tax or accounting advice.
4. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
- You are responsible for your account, your team members’ use of it, and keeping sign-in access secure.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
5. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
6. Your data
You own the data you and your team put into the Service. You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the Service. When you invite subcontractors or upload information about other people or businesses, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us for that purpose.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to submit false information to a government agency;
- try to access another company’s data, or probe, disrupt or overload the Service;
- resell, copy or scrape the Service, or share one account among several businesses;
- upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.
8. Our property
The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us. These terms do not give you any rights to it beyond using the Service as described here.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid. After closure, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost contracts or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules.
