What is a research brief?
A short, plain-English write-up of one opportunity: what the work is, whether it fits your business, questions to ask and local subcontractors who could do it. Growth and Pro include a set number each month.
What is a team seat?
A login for someone at your company. Owners manage billing, admins manage settings, and members work the board. Subcontractors you invite on Pro do not use team seats.
How am I billed?
Plans are billed monthly.
Which plan do I need?
Starter finds the work and tracks it on your Bid Board. Growth adds what you need to bid: past award prices, research briefs and local subcontractors to call. Pro adds everything to run your contracts after award, whether your own crew does the work or you use subcontractors.
